Rigid buses are manufactured from copper sheet in form of plates, bands, angles with internal water coolant. Mostly they don’t carry any force loads and are used as intermediate element between terminals of welding transformer and flexible bus (in spot, seam and projection welding machines) or stationary plate (in butt welding machines).
