Desk-type resistance projection microwelding machine МR-601 is designed for welding of diode package units (bottle and bottle cover) with 100% diameter wide conjunction (diameter – 3,5 mm, zone thickness at welding point – 0,5 mm). Welding material – alloy 29 NК (kovar) covered with nickel (5 to 8 mym) and gold (8 to 10 mym).
