Transformers ТВК-75/ТВК-75-1 are designed as power supply for contact welding machines (spot, seam, butt and projection welding); they may also be used for continuous current (no more than 9/8 кА) machines (for example,МТ-1615, МТ-1616, МТ-1928, МТ-1930, МТ-1933, МТП-01, МТП-1110, МСО-401, МТМ-160, МТМ-166, АТМС-14).
The transformers may be used as heat source for melting of fibreglass composite materials and basalt, for heating of cores for anchor heading, etc.
