The control unit is designed to control the installation for arc welding of embedded parts.
The control unit provides memory storage of up to 20 welding programs and reproduction of the specified cycle in automatic mode:
- Feeding of the reinforcing rod in the welding process
- Switching on the welding current supply and switching it off after the cycle is completed
- The ignition of the arc in the separation of the rod, arcing at the fixed terminal
- Yielding under current into molten metal bath
- Crystallization
