Trimmer knives consist of two side knives and one upper (finishing) knife with inner cutting edges, two pins and two covers for two eccentric slots.
In operating position the knives surround the entire rail contour.
The side knives overlap each other at the rail base, which ensures stepped deburring. Thus, the flash, that has been cut off, does not remain closed around the rail, which makes it difficult to remove it subsequently.
