The container is intended for placing of welding equipment and protecting it from adverse environmental effect. It also makes field work comfortable.
The container ensures the equipment to start and operate under low-temperature conditions.
The frame is an all-welded steel structure, which prevents the container from deformation and warping during transportation and handling.
The sheathing of the floor, walls and ceiling is made of zinc-plated metal sandwich panels. The heat insulation is made on the base of basalt mineral wool slabs with required thickness of 50, 80 or 100 mm. The slabs comply with fire safety requirements according to GOST 30247.1-97. The slab junctions are sealed.
On the purpose of creating comfortable working environment for service personnel there are lamps hanging above the entrance inside and outside of the container.
Carbon-dioxide fire extinguishers for local fire suppression are placed inside the container near the entrance door.
Additionally, the container can be equipped with indirect radiators to maintain temperature inside no less than +5ºС within the whole range of working temperatures. The heating system can be controlled by manual on/off switching of radiators and setting required temperature inside the container to be maintained automatically.
To assure operability of MSO-750 machines inside a 20-feet container it is required to install a diesel generator unit complete with minimum a 160 kVA stabilizer.
